Nice hotel for a city trip; good location. The breakfast had the necessary ingredients for a good morningbite. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and good englisch speaking staff. The rooms were very small (but we know this on the forehand) but the space was used very efficiently.
No private parking possibility. Parkinggarage 65 euros for 3 days. Bit expensive.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was a little small but enough to sleep, the bed was 2 meters long enough, the breakfast was normal for us without any complaint and another thing that the hotel gave to all guests free coffee, water, tea, chamomile ect, etc., no noise because it is a very quiet street, is located in the 9th district, 10 minutes walk to the North Station, the subway at 3 minutes, very close to downtown Paris at 20 minutes walk to Opera, a hotel that undoubtedly would return to it. Carpet in the rooms, daily cleaning; excellent hotel staff helped me with everything especially in the language and I want to point out especially to NOELIA AND MADOU that they were the ones who helped us the most with the language. Thank you for making this trip totally satisfactory for both of us.
Overall I liked everything.

We booked this hotel because it was near the Gare du Nord, not too far away from places we wanted to visit (we did almost everything walking) and breakfast was said to be good. It's an ideal hotel for a short stay. The room was fairly small (no cupboard to put things away) but that didn't bother us for a 1 night stay. Room had a flatscreen tv. We slept at the street side but had no problems with 'noise' that was mentioned in other reviews - we even slept with the window open (there is airconditioning in the room but we prefer an open window for fresh air). The bed was comfortable, not too soft nor too hard. Hotel management closely watches the cleaning ladies as I heard them discuss about how important tidiness is to them (and the customer). When we checked in they came looking if everything in our room was in order. Breakfast was very good at this price range: you serve yourself from pain français over croissants to cereals and yoghurt. There is enough choice - even fresh orange juice! A computer for internet access is available in the lobby - we didn't use it though. There is a small corner for kids to play and a corner with books to read. The staff is very kind & helpful. Luggage can be left in a safe storage room the day of departure. At this price range, I highly recommend this hotel!

After check-out from the hotel 6 days ago and I recevied the invitation for writing comments via email from the hotel, I wrote the below comments to them 5 days ago. I originally have no intention to disclose it in the "Booked.net" because I hope I can receive the feedback from them. Unfortunately, they made us disappointed again. It is not possible for a (supposed) good hotel/ chain of hotels in the capital of France not to response customers for so many days. I hope this is not French style. My comments for sharing. (1) We arrived at the hotel within check-in time, but the two rooms were untidy and some rubbish were found after we got the keys for the rooms from the front desk staff. We then went back to inform the front desk staff and wait for another half an hour. (2) We stayed 3 days but most of the time the Internet did not work. The staff notified such problem but it seemed useless. (3) Transportation service from the hotel to the airport was provided. The staff of the front desk helped us to book a car from the hotel to the airport direct 2 days before the check-out time. We requested the time of arrival was 9:30am, but your staff informed the agent was only available at 9:15am. We then made the booking and paid Euro 64 (4 person) by cash immediately as per your staff's request. After we checked out at 9am, we waited for the car in front of the front desk until 9:55 am. The car was late 40 minutes and there were other passengers in the car. Besides, the car should pick up one more group of passengers at another hotel near "Musee du Louvre". It took 20 mins more for such unexpected transporation. When the driver and we met, he did not explain or feel sorry about the late. We had repeatedly asked the driver what time we would arrive at the airport. He did not answer and never explained, but we were sure he had spoke English. We were rush due to the late.

It is a well-kept and lovely small property located in 9th arr. District just next door to the centre of the city as well as Gere de Nord railway station and metro. As for me, the location is exceptionally nice and perfect, to Opera.

There's really not much to complain about a hotel which was refurbished and opened only 6 months ago. The rooms are clean, a bit on the small side but that's Paris for you anyway. Breakfast was excellent, location is good (rather close to Gare du Nord but you are completely out of the dodgy area surrounding the station).

Very good breakfast indeed (a bit crowded at 09:30 obviously), free tea/coffee/water in "lounge" area, Very good English speaking staff, newly renovated rooms, very good beds (fortunately not soft and bouncy), the locations is between two metro stops, quiet one way street with very little noise - even in the mornings, 4 super markets near by, many cafés/diners/restaurants near by. Rooms are not extremely spacey but a good place to stay if you just want a place to sleep and relax. We were two people and had a big suitcase without problems.
The hotel is located in Arr. 9 - not walking distance to the city center (Hotel de ville/Notre Dame) - by foot it takes 45 minutes (use bus & metro)
